Oracle Fusion - E-Invoice Integration via Middleware – Oracle Apex

Customer Based out of KSA belongs to Educational Institution and they use Oracle Fusion – SCM, Order Management, Financials with Oracle APEX.

Challenges

The customer does not have Middleware for E-invoice integration.

There is a constraint in obtaining the Middleware license from Oracle.

No proper Reporting exists for invoicing.

Solution Delivered

Considering the daily invoice count, we recommended Oracle Apex.

Oracle Apex was used as Middleware to complete the integrations.

Based on the E-invoice requirement, developed/configured the new reports for Customer PDF.

Dashboard been provided for monitoring and reprocessing invoices.

The dashboard is accessible from Oracle Fusion.

E-invoicing is scheduled in Oracle Apex to pick invoices every 2 minutes.
